VAN ZANDT COUNTY (KYTX) - Three people accused of causing an oil tank explosion were booked and released from jail last night on bond. That's according to workers at the Van Zandt County Jail.

Van Zandt County Fire Marshal Chuck Allen says HR Price, Heather Wolfe, and Brandy Wolfe were arraigned by Justice of the Peace Precinct Four Judge Scott Shinn yesterday. They were taken to the Van Zandt County Justice Center in Canton charged with Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass of a Critical Infrastructure.

They posted bond last night at $50,000.00 for the Criminal Mischief and $10,000.00 on the Criminal Trespass.
