CORSICANA (KYTX) - Corsicana Police Department seeks the public's help for any information about a bank robbery that happened over the weekend.

On Saturday, February 2, 2013, a black male entered the rear door on the east side of the Chase Bank in the 100 block of N. Beaton in Corsicana and presented a note to the teller demanding money.

Police officers responded immediately but were unable to locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as being around 30 to 45-years-old, about 6 foot tall, weighing approximately 150 to 170 pounds, with a goatee, wearing a dark colored Nike hooded sweatshirt, light blue sweat pants, and yellow work gloves.

Detective Ronni Phillips has been assigned the investigation and the FBI was informed of the robbery.
