(KCEN) -- Former Fort Hood MP Kimberly Munley says President Obama broke his promise to take care of victims of the 2009 Fort Hood shooting.

That's because the administration refuses to classify the massacre as a terrorist attack and still calls it workplace violence.

Besides a new interview with ABC News, there is also some new and disturbing footage from just moments after the shooting happened.

Munley is among 148 victims and family members suing the federal government to reclassify the shooting.
