Texas Spine and Joint Hospital in Tyler has space for new patients -- after a big renovation.
The hospital has been working on the renovation for the last three years.
The grand opening tonight showcased 31 new patient prep and recovery bays as well as a new pharmacy lab, surgical pre-operation areas and cafe.
The total cost of the project is $27-million.
Ceo tony wahl says it's also helping the economy by creating 40 new jobs.
