PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA (CNN) - More legal trouble for the Pistorius family in South Africa. Oscar Pistorius' older brother, Carl Pistorius, is facing some very serious charges himself.

He is accused of culpable homicide in the 2010 death of a motorcyclist. Prosecutors say Pistorius was driving recklessly when he was involved in a fatal accident in Vanderbijlpark. Pistorius' attorney disputes the allegations, claiming the woman rode the motorcycle into his client's vehicle.

Carl's trial has been scheduled for the end of March, meaning his trial could be completed before Oscar's is scheduled to begin in June.
