MARSHALL/HARRISON COUNTY (KYTX) - Harrison County authorities say two men are in custody, charged with the 2009 murder of a Hallsville man.

Tommy Richardson, of Tyler, was transported to the Harrison County Jail this week from Smith County, according to Harrison County Sheriff's Office spokesman Jay Webb. He and co-defendant Harley Blake Vaughn, of Harleton, are accused of killing Bobby Joe Inzer at his home on Buckville Road in Hallsville. Richardson and Vaughn, who were both 16 at the time of the homicide, were placed in a Marshall juvenile detention center, but were later released, Webb confirmed.

Neither Richardson nor Vaughn have been indicted, Webb said. They are scheduled to appear in Harrison County Court-at-Law in April to decide whether they will be tried as adults for the crime.
