(KCEN) -- One man has died after the vehicle he was in landed upside down in a creek bed.

The vehicle was found this morning off of Sunshine Lane in Holland. It is possible it had been there overnight.

Thomas Eugene Tircuit, 48, has been identified as the victim. He was pronounced dead at 11:40 a.m.

Tircuit's family was at the scene this morning.

Officials are saying the accident was accidental and there is no reason to believe alcohol was involved.
