Community Health Interventions & Sickle Cell Agency receives charitable donation.

As part of a recent company-wide sales contest, each of LocalEdge’s sixteen sales teams was challenged to “compete” for a charity of their choice, with their winnings to be donated to the charitable organization on behalf of the company. Because of this organization’s dedication to educating Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke and Robeson Counties on the devastating effects of Sickle Cell Anemia, LocalEdge’s Fayetteville office elected to contribute to the Health Interventions and Sickle Cell Agency, Inc. CHISCA is a voluntary, non-profit community-based organization with the goal of addressing needed services for individuals with hemoglobin diseases and other health disparities.

When Multi-media Consultant Sam Cogburn and Digital Sales Manager Mike Daye presented LocalEdge’s $1000 check to the organization, the response was overwhelming. According to Daye, “you could actually feel the group’s excitement and thankfulness.” LocalEdge is proud to support this organization in their pursuits to improve the lives of others.
