New research at the University of Michigan found cancer patients taking the antidepressant duloxetine for five weeks had a greater reduction in pain compared with those who took a placebo. About 20-percent to 40-percent of patients with cancer develop the pain condition called "chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy."

(CBS) - Does your throat constantly hurt? Well, a new study finds some adults could benefit from having their tonsils out. Researchers in Finland found that adults with severe recurrent throat infections who had their tonsils taken out had lower rates of severe sore throats, fever and cough.
