(EAST TEXAS RADIO GROUP) - One of the two men who escaped from the Hopkins County jail last week unexpectedly pleaded guilty late Thursday to all the charges against him.

Brian Allen Tucker was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for murdering Bobby Riley of Mahoney.

He received sentences of 25 years to life for escape from confinement, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and burglary.

HOPKINS COUNTY (KYTX) - A Hopkins County deputy tells CBS 19 that John Marlin King was positively identified Wednesday afternoon.

Reportedly, King stopped at a friends home on FM 3134 in Hopkins County where she gave him something to eat and drink.

She immediately reported to the Sheriff's Department that King left in a black SUV with and unidentified driver.

Officials tell us that they are not sure if the driver was Brian Allen Tucker or if the SUV is the same one reported stolen yesterday. The stolen vehicle is a black 2010 Saturn Vue with Texas license plate CR6-D425.

KYTX CBS 19 will continue to update with the latest information.
