UPDATE: Missing Gregg Co. man located

UPDATE: According to the Gregg County Sheriff's Office, Elbert Pannell has been located, alive and well.

 


GREGG COUNTY (KYTX) - Sheriff Maxey Cerliano and the Gregg County Sheriff's Office request assistance in a missing person case. 

 

Elbert Pannell, 78, walked away from his residence on Flenniken Street in Gladewater (Liberty City area) at about 8 p.m. Sunday evening and was last seen walking on Old Highway 135.

Pannell is a white male, approximately 5'6", 165 pounds, brown / gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue and white stripe shirt (horizontal stripes), blue jeans and gray and white tennis shoes.

Pannell frequently walks in this area and has no mental or medical issues other than high blood pressure.
