(KYTX) - Tyran and his little brother, Tyrese, watch out for each other. They've been bounced between several different foster homes, but that hasn't changed their sweet personalities.

"They have come to me very respectful, polite, obedient and are just pleasant children," said Barbara Skinner, their foster mom.

Despite an unstable start to their young lives, they are doing well. Tyran is 10 years old and in the fourth grade. He's very well-mannered.

"I like to play sports and work at school and learn. My favorite subject is math," Tyran said with a big smile.

And he's got big dreams for his future. "I want to be a brain surgeon or a marine biologist."

Skinner said, "He's great at school. He loves school and he makes friends quickly. Everyone seems to like him."

Tyrese is 6 years old and likes playing with his big brother, but he's a little slow to warm up to strangers.

"He's a lot quieter. He will get silly and play, but not usually with adults," explained Skinner.

"My little brother likes to play basketball and he's very smart and intelligent," said Tyran.

Both boys are resilient and adjust well to new environments, but they are ready for a forever family.

"It means to be adopted," Tyran said, adding, "I will have a permanent family and won't be moving from home to home."

And they will finally have a family who will encourage and support them.

"I want a mother and father that does stuff with me. I want a Christian family that takes me to church every Sunday," said Tyran.

These brothers are saying a prayer for a better life and they hope it will be answered soon. Skinner said.

"Someone who's going to love them forever and keep them," she said. "I expect both of these boys to have a great future."
