JASPER (KIII) - The fiancee of one of the Jasper police officers fired amid police brutality charges has been released on bond following her arrest on charges of assault family violence and resisting arrest.  The charges were filed following an incident that happened around 1 a.m. Wednesday.

The Jasper County Sheriff's Office issued a news release about the incident.  It says a dispatcher received a 911 call from a 12-year-old girl saying her mother was assaulting her stepfather.  The 12-year-old told the dispatcher that they were on FM 255 in the north part of the county.  Deputies responded and arrested the girl's mother, identified by the Sheriff's Office as Linsey Davenport.

Jasper County Pct. 3 Justice of the Peace Judge Mike Smith set bonds for Davenport totaling $4,000.  She was released from jail after posting bond.

The man Davenport is accused of attacking is her fiance', Ryan Cunningham.

Cunningham and former officer Ricky Grissom were fired Monday after police brutality accusations were made stemming from a video which shows the two using force on Keyarika Diggles who was accused of having a non-paid traffic ticket.

Charges against Diggles have been dropped.
