Arrest made in shooting death of radio personality's brother

TYLER (KYTX) - Tyler Investigators have determined the identity of two suspects responsible for the death of Joshua Robert McGill who was shot in the parking lot of Kensington Apartments on Monday night. 

Investigators have secured arrest warrants for Capital Murder on Ladarrius Devonte Warren,19, of Tyler and Earnest Deaurndra Jackson Jr., 18, of Tyler. 

Investigators learned that McGill was in the process of selling marijuana to the suspects. The suspects had the intention of stealing McGill's marijuana without paying for it when Warren shot McGill. 

On Wednesday, June 05, 2013 Tyler Investigators, patrol officers and the U.S. Marshals Service located both suspects and took them into custody without force. 

Judge Christi Kennedy of the Smith County 114th District Court set the bond at $2,000,000 on each suspect.  This investigation is still ongoing.
