Fresh Ideas for Watermelon
1 medium watermelon
2 cups fresh berries
2 cups whipped cream
Carefully slice the ends off the watermelon so that you have a four-inch thick section of the center of the watermelon that is fully intact. This center round of watermelon serves as your cake. Place flat on a cake plate. Cut the melon into wedges but keep it in its circular shape. Top the watermelon with cream and then assorted berries.
