Studies show how important it is for men to eat a healthy breakfast

(KYTX) - Breakfast really is the most important meal for everyone in the family, but a new study suggests it may have  the most health benefits for men.

 

Researchers found men who regularly missed breakfast had a 27 percent higher risk of heart attack or death from heart disease.

"We see that men who skip breakfast tend to have other habits that are unhealthy.
They are more likely to be smokers, less active."

The study also found men who ate late at night had a 55 percent higher risk of heart disease.
