Business News: New iPhone's big changes

Posted: Updated:

(CBS) - In Business News, Apple is expected to release a redesigned iPhone September 10th.

Apple's global market share has declined due to lower-cost Androids and Samsung smartphones.

The new iPhone is expected to have big changes to its menus and icons and will be on store shelves in time for the holidays.

(CNN) - Looking for a small town to settle down and raise a family in? Money Magazine has some top picks for you.

It released its 2013 list of "Best Places To Live In America." Topping the list, is Sharon, Massachusetts.

The magazine looked at small towns across the country with populations between 10,000 and 50,000 people with the optimal combination of economic strength, job growth, good schools and diversity just to name a few.

Other cities to make the list Louisville, Colorado; Vienna, Virginia; and Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Sherwood, Oregon rounds out the top five. One Texas city also made the list, The Colony. It is a suburb of Dallas, which came in at number 20.

The "Best Places To Live In America" issue goes on sale Friday.

(CBS) - The federal government isn't the only one tracking you.

Big retailers including Best Buy, Home Depot and JC pPnney are keeping tabs on customers that return merchandise.

The retailers say they want to be able to identify chronic returners or gangs of thieves trying to make off with high end products that are returned later for store credit.
