Carrie Underwood kept her sense of humor intact after taking a tumble on stage mid-performance during a concert Thursday night in Corpus Christi, Texas.

"Hey, remember that time in Corpus Christi when that girl busted her butt on stage?! Hilarious. Oh wait, that was me!" Underwood tweeted afterward, along with the hashtags "klutz" and "5inchheels."

The "American Idol" alum included a photo of her foot in a black brace while making light of her fall.

"Good news, it's not broken… AND I got some new footwear," Underwood tweeted.

The 30-year-old country music star was mid-song when one of her five-inch heels got caught on the tail her flowing shirt and sent her tumbling onto her backside.

While Underwood's fan's praised her for finishing her performance, her CMA Awards co-host again this year, Brad Paisley, gave her some good-natured ribbing, posting an Instagram video of her fall on hisFacebook page, along with, "The graceful, the nimble, the cat-like reflexes of Carrie Underwood."

Underwood responded to Paisley on Twitter, "At least I wasn't drunk. :) You know I don't drink on stage! I'm uncoordinated enough as it is!"
