TYLER (KYTX) - People, who are 50+, are the fastest growing segment of the fitness population. The International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association says the bottom-line is people want to age well.   

Recent research finds exercise is not only boosts your health, it has many disease fighting benefits.

The CDC recommends you get 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week.
