Allergists say recent rain and left over summer pollen will stir Fall allergies

Posted: Updated:
(KYTX) - Sinus headaches, sneezing and stuffy noses. You can probably thank Ragweed and other fall allergies for a lot of those symptoms.

Allergists say there's probably still some grass pollen in the air from the summer too and, the recent rain we've had brought in mold.

It's a bad cocktail for allergy sufferers like James McMakin.

"I still have to use other things like Saline solution and other stuff like that almost every day- in the mornings, especially."

Doctors say over the counter antihistamines and nasal sprays can also help. If those don't work, you may need to schedule an appointment with your doctor for allergy shots.
