Business News: Fidelity sued by employees over 401(k) plan

Posted: Updated:

(CBS) - In Business News, Fidelity Investments, one of the largest retirement plan providers, is being sued over the 401 (k) plan it offers its own workers.

A group of current and former employees claim the plan is dominated by expensive Fidelity mutual funds, when lower-fee options are available from within Fidelity's offerings and from other providers.

Fidelity's employee retirement plan has more than 50,000 participants.

It's the 401(k) provider for roughly 12 million workers across the U.S.

(CNN) - Facebook is banned in nearly all of China but Chinese authorities are preparing to allow the social network and other Western websites in one major city.

The ban would be lifted in the new shanghai free-trade zone.

The new policy will allow access to Facebook, Twitter, the New York Times and other media sites.

China is modeling Shanghai after Hong Kong, where Internet censorship found elsewhere in China is relaxed.

(CNN) - Move over burger wars, it's now time for french fries to face off.

Today, Burger King is launching new low-calorie french fries.

The fast food chain says its new "Satisfries"  have 40 percent less fat than market leader Mc Donald's and 30 percent fewer calories.

The low-cal, low-fat fries  at burger king will cost 20 to 30 cents more per serving, except in kids meals, where there will be no price difference.
