FROM SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

(TYLER) -  The Smith County Sheriff's department is looking for two men who robbed the Valero Minute Stop on Highway 64 West. At 5:48 this morning, multiple patrol deputies and other Smith County Sheriff's Office officials responded to a report of an armed robbery at the store.

Early information indicates that two white males in their 20's entered the Valero with a gun and took money from the register. The men left the Valero in an older model four-door, white Nissan Maxima and were traveling east on Highway 64 West.

The Smith County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division is at the crime scene and will handle the investigation. If anyone sees a vehicle or the individuals matching these descriptions, please call the Smith County Sheriff's Office at 903-566-6600 or call 911.
