Posted: Updated:

(CBS) - In Business News, a lawsuit against Toyota is now in the hands of a jury.

The jury will determine whether Toyota should be held liable for the death of a California woman who was killed four years ago when her Camry apparently accelerated and crashed.

It's the first lawsuit against Toyota to go before a jury in state court dealing with unintended sudden acceleration.

(CBS) - Texas has dropped out of the government's lawsuit challenging the proposed merger of American Airlines and U.S. Airways.

The Texas Attorney General says the carriers have agreed to maintain present levels of service in the state and to keep the Texas headquarters.

American Airlines is a major employer in Texas. The Justice Department's antitrust trial over the merger is still scheduled for Nov. 25th.

(CBS) - First the book, then the movie, now there's "Fifty Shades of Grey", the wine.

Author E.L. James has launched a collection of red and white wines inspired by her racy novels.

They go on sale nationwide this month.
