Zentz is responsible for managing the strategy, implementation and adoption of RWORLD, Ricoh Americas' social intranet. She also helps educate Ricoh employees on the value of social collaboration tools as well as measures and analyzes the impact these tools have on business results.

In 2010, Ricoh faced two major business challenges: First, it was uniting two large companies: Ricoh Americas, known for its office imaging equipment, and IKON Office Solutions, which provided a wide range of document-related services. Second, it was transforming the combined entity from an equipment company to a services-led, technology-enabled company. In this session, Zentz will discuss how Ricoh transformed its intranet from various disparate systems on many platforms to one consolidated platform with seamless integration in twelve months, which helped increase employee productivity.
