Streets closed in Longview for railroad work

Several Streets Closed for Railroad Work

(Longview, TX) Several temporary street closures will occur over the next week to allow for railroad crossing work and additional work at Fisher Road, H.G. Mosley Parkway, Enterprise Street, Center Street, and Fredonia Street.

Fisher Road will be closed between W. Marshall Avenue and W. Harrison Road on Saturday October 26, 2013 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The detour will be to Premier Road.

H.G. Mosley Parkway will be closed between W. Marshall Avenue and W. Cotton Street on Sunday October 27, 2013 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The detour will be to Enterprise Street.

Enterprise Street will be closed between W. Marshall Avenue and W. Harrison Road on Monday October 28, 2013 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The detour will be to H.G. Mosley Parkway.

Center Street will be closed between Cotton Street and Tyler Street on Tuesday October 29, 2013 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The detour will be to High Street.

Fredonia Street will be closed between E. Cotton Street and E. Tyler Street on Wednesday October 30, 2013 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The detour will be to Center Street.

This project is being performed by Union Pacific Railroad. The RoadSafe Traffic Control Technician in charge of the closure is Carlos 316-204-6218. If you have any questions about the construction, please call the City Engineer, Mark Adas, at 903-237-1053.
