Mack Brown not discussing future plans, " the situation has not changed"

Posted: Updated:

UPDATE: SAN ANTONIO (KYTX) - UT head football coach Mack Brown told reporters in San Antonio Thursday "the situation has not changed", and he wants attention to stay focused on the team and not him.

The Longhorn head coach met with reporters as he prepares his team for the upcoming Alamo Bowl December 30.

Brown refused to discuss any plans indicating he may resign after sixteen years as the head football coach of one of the largest programs in the country.

He said " the situation has not changed," and that he will be having a meeting with UT President Bill Powers and Athletic
Director Steve Patterson in the near future.
