UPDATE: Teen dies in Bullard car wreck.

UPDATE: BULLARD (KYTX) - It is now known that 15-year-old Haley Lombardo passed away early Saturday morning from injuries received in Friday's accident. She died at 1:30 am Saturday morning at ETMC in Tyler.

(KYTX) - One woman killed and a teen passenger sent to the hospital in critical condition after a wreck on Friday.

DPS Troopers responded to the one vehicle crash on US 69 near FM 2493 around 4:10 p.m.

DPS Trooper Jean Dark says the driver of white Nissan traveling Northbound on US 69 lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road. The car struck a tree killing the driver and injuring the two passengers.

The driver has been identified as Hollie Warren, 39, of Bullard. The other passengers have been identified as Haley Lombardo, 15, and Wade Driggers,15, of Bullard.

Lombardo was taken to ETMC Tyler in critical condition. Driggers was also transported for minor injuries. 

 

 


BULLARD (KYTX) -- DPS confirms a woman was killed in a major crash in Bullard. 

 

The woman driving the car was killed in the wreck and the two teens also in the vehicle were transported to a ETMC, one of them in critical condition. 

The crash was reported after 4:00 Friday afternoon at the intersection of Highway 69 and FM 2493.  That's in the portion of Bullard in Cherokee County.
