Trial for Accused Longview Shooter Goes into Day 3

LONGVIEW (KYTX) - 13 jurors listening, as two sides make their cases.
The 188th District Court began its second day,hearing a trial for 20 year old Troy Saddler.
Jurors were shown different pieces of evidence to try and prove Saddler's responsibility.
For Orion's brother, he says this trial has been an emotional drain for him and his family.
"He was a great person"
Beginning at 9 this morning, and ending at 6 this evening. Longview Police showed it's evidence, the alleged murder weapon, crime scene photos, and even police interrogation video of Saddler.
"I am upset that my niece won't have her father to take her to her first dance."
IN SEPTEMBER OF 2011 - ORION PEOPLES WAS FOUND DEAD INSIDE A HOME IN SOUTH LONGVIEW.
Family of Orion says he was there visiting his cousin, and was mixed in with the wrong crowd, at the wrong time.
"He was a good person, never had an enemy. He was loved."
Yesterday, 2 men testified saying that they allegedly saw Saddler shoot Orion.
However, the defense claims that the men's testimonies shouldn't be considered, claiming that the two were inside the a house that is known to sell drugs and the two were also carrying guns.
For the peoples family, they are just hoping the end of the trial comes soon.
"We just want justice to be served"
The jurors did not come to a verdict Wednesday, the trial will start up again Thursday.
