TEXARKANA (KTBS) - Two additional employees from Opportunities Inc. have been arrested and charged with Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled - Criminal Negligence as part of an ongoing child abuse investigation.

RELATED STORY: 67 year-old arrested in Texarkana daycare abuse investigation

Chametra Robinson, 40, and Felicia Duckett, 37, both of Texarkana, Arkansas surrendered to investigators after being told of their outstanding arrest warrants. Investigators believe that while neither employee actually took part in the physical assault on the 4 year-old victim, they did nothing to prevent it or report it to authorities.

Both are charged with a felony that is punishable by up to two years in jail and a fine of no more than $10,000. The bond for both women was set at $20,000. Both remain in custody at the Bi-State Jail.

The investigation is continuing.
