LONGVIEW (KYTX) - The Longview Police Department issued a statement regarding 3 bodies in Longview.

3 bodies have been found within the city in the past 4 months. Longview police say that residents have been calling the station concerned about what's going on.
A body in October was found on Sabine Street, another was found on Sabine Street in late December, and just this week a 25 year old male was found dead in a Longview creek. Longview Police Spokeswoman Kristie Brian says the events aren't related and Longview is a safe place to live.

"A lot of people are worried from all the bodies. We just want people to know they have nothing to worry about. One woman that was found it had been determined she died naturally, and was buried there. The other on Sabine street the man responsible has been arrested." -Kristie Brian, Longview Police Department

Justice of the Peace Arthur Fort says that early autopsy reports indicate that there was no foul play in the body of 25 year old James Liles that was found floating in a Longview creek Thursday.
