Lufkin Crime Stoppers:

LUFKIN ,TX. (KYTX) -Crime Stoppers of Lufkin wants your help in identifying vandals responsible for graffiti on the exterior of buildings in the downtown area of Lufkin.

In November, a City of Lufkin employee witnessed a suspect writing on walls in the alley behind Pines Theater.  The suspect left the area before the witness contacted Lufkin Police Department but the witness did capture a photograph, shown here, of the suspect.

The witness described the suspect as a white male, possibly Hispanic, with dark hair.  The witness estimated that the suspect is in his late teens and stands approximately 5'06" tall.  As the image shows, the suspect wore a red t-shirt and maroon, pink, and yellow shorts.

One of the walls vandalized by that suspect had multiple layers of graffiti -- some of the "artists" having more talent than others.  Below, you can view images of the graffiti.

This vandalism occurred in November and, in the weeks since then, the investigators' attempts to identify the photographed suspect have been unsuccessful.  The investigators need your help.

If you can identify the photographed suspect, or if you can identify anyone responsible for these acts of vandalism, call Crime Stoppers of Lufkin at (936) 639-TIPS or submit an anonymous tip at www.LufkinCrimeStoppers.com.  You never have to give your name and Crime Stoppers may pay a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest related to this crime.
