LONGVIEW (KYTX) -  A model of an offshore drilling rig, built by a LeTourneau University student will be headed to the George Bush Presidential Library for an exhibit.

 
This model is of one of the first ever offshore drilling rigs that was eventually bought by former President Bush. The original rig was built by L.G. LeTourneau.The model was carefully disassembled and moved to College Station. Builder Frank Olson says it's not something he expected to happen.
 
"Last week when the school contacted me that they were going to move it - I felt that it was an honor and a privilege to be apart of something going into a presidential library." - Frank Olson, Built Model
 
The model will be on display in an exhibit till 2015.
