Traffic stop leads to drugs found in man's underwear

KILGORE (KYTX) - A routine traffic stop has led to the arrest of a Kilgore man and the discovery of approximately 30 grams of methamphetamine concealed in his underwear.

 On 01-24-2014 K9 Officer Brady Middlebrooks stopped a Chevrolet pickup due to a traffic violation.

The driver was identified as 50-year-old Julius Randolph of Kilgore, TX. During a brief investigation Officer Middlebrooks searched the vehicle located several items of drug paraphernalia and narcotic type packaging material.

Mr. Randolph was arrested for possession of the paraphernalia and upon being booked into the Kilgore Municipal Jail it was discovered he had approximately 30 grams of methamphetamine concealed in his underwear.

Mr. Randolph was additionally charged with Delivery Sale Manufacture of a Controlled Substance a Felony 1.
