Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive arrested in Arkansas

AUSTIN - A fugitive from Texas has been arrested in Arkansas. 43-year-old Leo Click Jr. was on the Texas Top 10 wanted fugitive list and wanted for Injury to a Child (5 counts), Criminally Negligent Homicide (2 counts), and Parole Violation (Original Offense: Assault).

He was taken into custody after officers received a tip that led to his arrest at a trailer home near Alma, Arkansas. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Crawford County Jail.

The arrest was made by Western Arkansas Fugitive Task Force out of the U.S. Marshals Western District of Arkansas, along with the Crawford County Sheriff's Office, working with information received from the Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division and U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force.

On January 23, 2014, Leo  Jr was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive list with a reward amount of $7,500. Capital Area Crime Stoppers and the Victoria Crime Stoppers also offered additional rewards for information leading to his capture. He was from the Victoria, Texas area.

On August 18, 2013, Click allegedly crossed over the center line while driving on State Highway 35 in Refugio County, resulting in a crash that killed two people and injured six others. In November 2013, the Refugio County Sheriff's Office issued arrest warrants for him for injury to a child and criminally negligent homicide. Click was also wanted for parole violation.
