UPDATE: Body found in Longview creek identified

UPDATE: LONGVIEW (KYTX) - A body found in a creek in the 1200 Block of Pegues Place on Friday February 14, 2014 as been identified.

Police say the body is that of 32-year-old  Gaylon Bradley. Mr. Bradley's family reported him missing on February 12, 2014 they told police he was last seen on February 9, 2014.

Autopsy results are pending. If anyone has information please call the Longview Police Department at 903-237-1199 or Gregg County Crime Stoppers at 903-236-7867.

Longview police say 10-year-old members of a soccer team were practicing in this field in east central Longview when the ball rolled into this creek.

Police say as they were looking for it, they found the body.

When investigators showed up they quickly blocked off the area  but the family members of Gaylon Bradley were waiting in the wings for answers.

They say Police told them it was their loved one.
"I got a call that there was a body here while I was at Sam's shopping, me and my sister rushed over here"

Bradley's Aunt Debra Relleford says Bradley has a grandmother who lives just a few blocks away from this park and he's in this neighborhood often.

"Because it's not like him to not call me, his mom, or even his sister."
