More than $500,000 worth of damage and property taken during ETX Burglary

From the Gregg Co Sheriff' Office:

GREGG CO (KYTX) - Sheriff Maxey Cerliano and the Gregg County Sheriff's Office are asking the public's assistance in a theft and criminal mischief case.

Sometime between Wednesday, February 5th and Wednesday February 12th, unknown person(s) entered buildings belonging to Sunoco Logistics at 143 Landfill Road in Kilgore.

The suspect(s) stole materials and caused damages in excess of $525,000.00.

Evidence at the scene indicate that one or more suspect(s) were possibly burned when a high voltage wire was cut using bolt cutters. A photo is attached showing the flash caused by cutting the wire.
