MURFREESBORO, Tenn.( CBS 5 NASHVILLE) – A couple arrested for operating a fake dentist office in Coffee County has had a long history of similar charges across Middle Tennessee and even out of state.

According to indictments, Michael Harold Richardson was arrested for impersonating a dentist without a license in March and April of last year, and his wife, Lana Ruth Richardson was arrested for helping him.

The couple was arrested for the same thing in Maury County in 2013.

Authorities said they would like to know if there are other victims the two may have seen.

Richard Bureau, a Murfreesboro man, said he visited the couple three years ago out of an office in Murfreesboro to get dentures that never fit correctly.

"I thought his office looked awful bare," said Bureau.  "You know, most offices you see a certificate for whatever they went to school."

Investigators said the couple is also wanted for charges in Glasgow, Kentucky after a similar investigation.

They were also arrested on the same charges in Warren County back in 1994.
