One arrested, warrant issued for another in Texarkana store shooting

TEXARKANA, Tx. (KTBS) - One person has been arrested for his alleged role in a convenience store shooting earlier this month.

It happened back on February 10th around 7:15pm in the 3300 block of Texas Boulevard. When officers arrived, they were told that numerous suspects were shooting at each other. The suspects had already left the scene by the time officers got there.

On Monday, Devontea Smith, 18, of Texarkana, Texas was arrested on a warrant for deadly conduct in reference to the shooting. Smith was found in Caddo Parish.

A warrant has also been issued for Dominique Robertson in connection to the shooting.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on this case or the location of Robertson to please contact the Texarkana, Texas Police Department at 903-798-3116 or Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP.
