Selfies causing spike in head lice?

(CNN/KYTX) - A health alert before you snap that next selfie. It could be spreading head lice among teenagers, that's according to an expert who treats lice.


Health experts say lice can be spread from one person to the next when teens put their heads together. See, lice don't fly and are only spread through head-to-head contact. Parents are being told to check their children for lice weekly.
