(KBMT) - The Tyler County Sheriff Office was notified this week by the Jasper Police Department that Letha Westfall, a resident of Jasper County, had an outstanding felony warrant for an arrest.

The warrant was for possession of a controlled substance by fraud issued by Judge Robert Jackson of Jasper. Westfall is a suspect in the murder of ex- son- in- law Nathan Maddox and his wife Krystal Maddox. Westfall was arrested at her residence without incident Thursday. She has been booked into the Tyler County Justice Center. No bond yet set.

The Tyler County Sheriff's Office tells 12News, after the murders, Nathan Maddox's daughter was being cared for by Westfall. Days after the murders, his daughter was brought into the custody of Family and Protective Services.

The Tyler County Sheriff's Office, Texas Rangers, and the FBI are continuing investigation. Anyone with information is urged to call Tyler County Sheriff's Office.
