(CBS/CNN) -  Having trouble rolling out of bed?  Well, now you can wake up and smell the bacon! Oscar Mayer is introducing a new gadget that plugs into your iPhone and acts like an alarm clock.  It wakes you up to the smell of bacon and also the sound of bacon sizzling on a skillet.  The device isn't on sale just yet.  You have to enter to win one on Oscar Mayer's website.

Some researchers worry playing with Barbie could limit how girls view their career choices. That's according to an experiment conducted by an Oregon State University researcher.  Girls ages four to seven participated in the study.  The researcher had them play with either a Barbie doll or a Mrs. Potato head.  After a few minutes, the girls were asked about possible careers.The researcher reported girls who played with Barbie thought they could do fewer jobs than boys.  Those with Mrs. Potato head thought they could do about the same.

How would your kids react if their chairs at school were replaced with yoga or stability balls.  A teacher in Newbury Park, California used donations to buy the unique seats for her class.
She says it helps her fifth-graders pay more attention.

John Travolta is speaking out about his flub while introducing Idina Menzel's singing performance at the Oscars on Sunday night.  Travolta butchered the singer's name, calling her "the wickedly talented Adele Dazeem."  Menzel performed the academy award-winning song "Let It Go" from "Frozen," which also won the best animated feature Oscar.  Travolta's publicist sent this statement "I've been beating myself up all day. Then I thought, what would Idina Menzel say she'd say, let it go, let it go!  Travolta reiterated how incredibly talented Menzel is and says he's happy Frozen took home two Oscars Sunday night!
