We live in the South, so some of us may have a Southern accent, but would you consider saying "goodbye" to "howdy, y'all"?
The Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee was going to offer a speech class for it's workers next month to do just that, until it got canceled.

(CNN/WSB) - A naked cowboy made himself way too comfortable in one neighborhood in the Atlanta area.  Now he faces nearly a dozen charges.

"He was completely naked. He had a cowboy hat on," says Cori Davenport, Johns Creek City Council Member

As surveillance cameras rolled outside Johns Creek City Councilwoman Cori Davenport's house, police say 21-year-old Ashdon Gibbs walked into the home, while davenport and her daughter were inside.

"I heard her scream and me and.  My housekeeper came to foyer and she said a naked man just came in the home," says Davenport.

When cops found the Decatur man up the street, they say he was wearing bob Johnson's clothes.

"He probably needed them," says Bob Johnson, victim.

Johnson shows where police believe Gibbs broke a window, then made himself at home.

"He sat in the chair. He likes the Braves, so he went and had a good time watching the Braves, while he was drinking his beer," says Johnson.

The Urban Cowboy apparently likes the King of Rock n' Roll cranking up the tunes on the family's vintage juke box.  Police say Gibbs told them the Johnson's were his parents.

"If he's not 6' 5" and blonde, he's not mine," says Katy Johnson. "He called us mom and dad, but we said 'no.'"

Once captured, dash cam video shows Gibbs telling detectives he was a U.S. Marshal, who had bigger aspirations.

"I'm trying to be the President, but y'all won't let me be," says Gibbs.

"This is probably one of the more bizarre calls that I've encountered in my time in law enforcement," says a police officer.

Gibbs remains in custody.  He faces a series of charges -- including burglary, criminal trespassing and indecent exposure.  He's also charged with impersonating a police officer.
