Update: Three dead in Longview Shooting

UPDATE: LONGVIEW (KYTX) - A third victim has died following a Sunday evening shooting in South Longview.

Gregg County Justice of the Peace B. H. Jameson confirmed that he pronounced a third person dead Monday morning.

36-year-old Tavarus Glaspie was one of three victims taken to a local hospital.   

 The identities of the other two victims have not been released.
 A 22-year-old carthage man who police say led investigators to the gun used in the shooting is in police custody.

Police are not releasing the names of the other victims at this time.

Longview police were dispatched to the shooting in the 800 Block of Beaumont St at 5 p.m. Sunday.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found several victims at the location.

Police were also dispatched to the Denny's parking lot in the 3100 block of  S. Eastman Rd. where a person was found dead inside a car.

Police do not believe the actual shooting occurred in Denny's parking lot.
