LONGVIEW (KYTX) - On April 21, 2014 at 5:06 a.m., Officers were dispatched to the 1700 Block of Hutchings Blvd for a gunshots heard call. When officers arrived they found a subject who had been shot, in the backyard of one of the residences.

When police approached him the subject jumped several fences in an attempt to elude police. The subject was apprehended a short time later.
Once apprehended, the subject was very uncooperative with police and lied about his name. He was transported by ambulance to Longview Regional Hospital.

He was charged with Evading Arrest M/A, Failure to Identify Fugitive AM/A, three outstanding traffic warrants, outstanding warrant for Deadly Conduct Discharge Firearm, and an outstanding warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Currently police do not have any suspect information due to Walton's uncooperative state.
