GREGG CO (KYTX) - Sheriff Maxey Cerliano and the Gregg County Sheriff’s Office request assistance in obtaining information regarding a robbery of an individual that occurred April 16, 2014 at the Zippy J’s convenience store at 5136 Estes Parkway.

At about 4:20 AM, a patron of the store was at the fuel pump when a man with a silver colored revolver that sat down next to him in the passenger seat of his vehicle. The suspect took two cell phones ( a Samsung Galaxy S4 and an I Phone) and a small amount of cash then fled the scene in a vehicle driven by another male. As the suspects were leaving the parking lot, the victim obtained his firearm and fired four shots at the suspects.
