Registration begins for Tyler ISD Kindergarten, Bilingual Pre-K

Updated:
Tyler – Enrollment time is here for kindergarten and bilingual pre-K students starting school in Tyler ISD next fall.

This week from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at all Tyler ISD elementary campuses, parents and guardians of students entering kindergarten are invited to take tours, meet school administrators and ask questions as they register for the 2014-2015 school year.

The District encourages parents to check with their neighborhood campus for more information on specific registration events planned throughout the week. All visitors must follow security requirements by checking in at the front office.

Parents will need to bring the following student information with them in order to complete the registration process: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Current Immunization Record, Proof of Address - utility bill (gas, water or electric) in the parent’s name and a copy of the parent’s driver’s license or photo I.D.

Registration for Tyler ISD’s Bilingual Pre-K Half-Day Programs, held at Bonner and Douglas elementary schools, will also be held this week. Parents may visit these campuses from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. during these days to complete the registration materials.
