More details emerge about Longview woman who posed as teenager

LONGVIEW (KYTX) - New details have emerged about the thirty-something-year-old woman who posed as a teenager, fooling several people and a private school in Longview.
Charity Anne Johnson is in the Gregg County Jail on $500 bond charged with giving false information to police.
Johnson enrolled at New Life Christian High School as a 10th grade student, after telling people she was 15 years old.
Police say she's 34, but in jail records, her date of birth matches that of a 31-year-old Gregg County woman, also with the name Charity Johnson. That Charity Johnson, who has not been arrested, was plaintiff in a September 2012 auto/personal injury lawsuit in Gregg County district court.
At that time, the defendant in that case, Patricia Ann Flakes, was living at House of Hope women's shelter in Longview. So was Charity Anne Johnson.
The plaintiff's attorney in that lawsuit tells CBS 19 that his client is not the woman arrested for giving false information, despite identical dates of birth.
Sis. Helen Johnson runs House of Hope women's shelter in Longview, where Charity Anne Johnson lived between August 2012 and spring 2013.
"There's something desperately wrong," says Sis. Helen Johnson, who is not related to either woman. "It is not unusual for us to see women come in here everyday that's created a world they can live in."
Sis. Johnson, who is not related to Charity, says Charity is welcome to return to the shelter once she gets out of jail.
"We've questioned did she just want a high school diploma," Sis. Helen Johnson says. "Did she just want to go to high school? Is this why she's been from school to school?"
No court date has been set on Charity Anne Johnson's criminal charge.
