Update: Arrest made in Smith Co credit card theft

UPDATE: SMITH CO (KYTX) - With the help of media, and alert citizens, 41-year-old Troy Tulips Swine, who also goes by the name "Tully", was arrested Wednesday night for Credit/Debit Card Abuse by Troup Police.



On April 8, 2014, the Smith County Sheriff's office asked the public's help in identifying several men suspected in connection with the theft and use of a credit card in the Flint/Gresham area.

Since then, one man has been identified and a warrant was issued for his arrest by Judge Kerry Russell of the 7th District Court.

41-year-old Troy Tullis Swinney, who also goes by the name "Tully", is wanted for Credit/Debit Card Abuse.
