We live in the South, so some of us may have a Southern accent, but would you consider saying "goodbye" to "howdy, y'all"?
The Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee was going to offer a speech class for its workers next month to do just that, until it got canceled.

TYLER, TEXAS, June 3, 2014– Tuscan Slice, a wood-fired Italian restaurant plans to open in July in the former Johnny Carino's location on Southwest Loop 323.

The restaurant invites highly-motivated individuals with full-service restaurant experience to apply for more than 100 open positions at a job fair June 9 through 13 at the restaurant’s location, 1723 W Southwest Loop 323, near Brookshire’s warehouse and Home Depot strip center.

The job fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Interviews will be conducted for all positions.

“We are pleased to be expanding into Tyler, and we are just as pleased to be able to offer employment to over 100 new associates,” said Jonathan Evola, co-owner of Tuscan Slice.

Applicants should bring their resumes by and fill out an application between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.

About Tuscan Slice:

Tuscan Slice is based in Waxahachie, Texas. Originally from New York City, brothers and co-owners Jonathan and Joshua Evola teamed up their innovative cooking skills and restaurant talent to start Tuscan Slice.

The new wood-fired concept was an instant success! Shortly after opening their doors in April of 2010, Jonathan and Josh responded to the need for more space by expanding their Waxahachie location. They have since expanded to add locations in Sherman and Greenville, Texas, and the Tyler location will be the fourth.
