(KCEN) -- Two men are in jail accused of providing material support to terrorists.

Twenty-three-year-old Rahatul Ashikim Khan was arrested on Tuesday at his home in Round Rock.

Police say he conspired with others to recruit people who would "travel overseas to support terrorist activities including committing violent Jihad."

Court documents show Khan is a full-time student at the University of Texas at Austin.

In a separate case, 23-year-old Michael Todd Wolfe of Austin, was arrested as he tried to board a flight to Europe.

Investigators say he was planning to travel to the Middle East to provide his services to radical groups engaged in armed conflict in Syria.

If convicted, both men face up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
